DISPATCHER
The Dispatcher has the responsibility to ensure the safe, coordinated and efficient operation of equipment and Motor Coach Operators.
Responsibilities and Duties
Main Duties
- Handle all incoming calls and deal directly with drivers and customers
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment
- Handle all problems that may disrupt service
- Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls
- Question callers carefully to determine the type, seriousness, and /or location.
- Take phone and internet reservations
- Data entry
- Prepare drivers work orders
- Ensure driver safety regulation compliance Qualifications
- Excellent English customer service communication skills, verbal and written
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decision
- Attention to detail

- Excellent English customer service communication skills
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Provide excellent customer service
Full Time
- 4 days on and 3 days off schedule runs
- Must have a valid passport to go to United States
Part Time/Seasonal
- Local in town charter
- Provincial and territorial multi-days trips

Type Of Experience – Tour and charter bus driver
Travel Experience – Local – Provincial and territorial
Specific Skills
– Complete logbooks and reports
– Operate bus to transport passengers
